What kinds of websites and apps qualify?
Small Linux-compatible websites, portals, dashboards, APIs, and web applications with understandable dependencies, realistic maintenance windows, and enough current spend to justify a migration are the best fit.
Can every site run on free infrastructure?
No. Free-tier allocations and provider policies can change, and many growing, critical, regulated, or highly available workloads require paid infrastructure.
Will I own the cloud account?
Yes. The customer retains control of the cloud account, domain, code, data, and infrastructure documentation.
Is a phone call required?
No. Eligibility, payment, technical intake, audit delivery, and proposals are designed to work asynchronously in writing.
What happens if my app grows?
The audit includes growth constraints. A suitable architecture should have a documented upgrade path; increased usage may require paid compute, database, storage, or support.
Do you support WordPress?
Some WordPress sites qualify, especially when plugins, storage, email delivery, backups, and maintenance ownership are clear. Complex ecommerce or heavily customized sites may require manual review.
Can you migrate a database?
Yes, when the database engine, size, extensions, acceptable downtime, backup plan, and rollback method can be scoped safely.
What happens during downtime?
The written plan defines the maintenance window, customer communication, data consistency steps, validation, and rollback point. Zero-downtime requirements receive manual review.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
No. The launch service does not include 24/7 emergency response. Monitoring or scheduled maintenance can be scoped separately.
What information do you need?
The first assessment needs workload and ownership facts, not credentials. After payment, the questionnaire requests architecture, invoice, deployment, database, DNS, backups, monitoring, and access limitations.
What workloads do you decline?
The launch service may decline directly stored card data, 24/7 emergency-support requirements, inaccessible systems, regulated or unusually critical workloads, and projects whose savings do not justify the risk.
Is the audit fee applied to migration?
Yes. The audit fee is credited toward a migration that Voog confirms as eligible and the customer accepts in writing.
