Information collected
Voog collects information you submit through contact forms, hosting eligibility assessments, paid questionnaires, and private document uploads. Assessment records include raw answers, qualification result, rule version, timestamps, referrer, consent time, and campaign parameters. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not received by Voog.
Purpose and lawful use
Information is used to assess service eligibility, process a requested audit, communicate written updates, protect the service, improve conversion measurement, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Do not submit credentials, secrets, or data you are not authorized to share.
Analytics and advertising
The site records provider-neutral funnel events. Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Microsoft Advertising tags load only when their identifiers are configured. Campaign parameters may be retained with a submission. Applicable consent requirements must be reviewed for the visitor locations and tracking configuration in use.
Service providers
Voog may use infrastructure, email, storage, and payment providers to operate the service. Access is limited to the operational purpose. Customer uploads are private and are not intentionally published.
Retention and deletion
See the file-retention policy. You may request correction or deletion by emailing privacy [at] voog.tech. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for security, accounting, dispute handling, or law.
Security and contact
Security concerns may be reported to security [at] voog.tech. No internet service can promise absolute security.
