Hosting Audit Terms
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Assessment and eligibility
The free assessment is preliminary and uses submitted answers and a versioned ruleset. A qualified result is an invitation to purchase an audit, not acceptance of a migration. Voog may require manual review or decline regulated, critical, unsupported, inaccessible, or unusually complex workloads.
Paid audit scope
The audit is a written assessment of current costs, workload constraints, migration risks, and a potential target architecture based on available information. It is not a guaranteed savings promise, penetration test, compliance certification, or 24/7 support service.
Migration credit
The audit fee is credited only toward a migration that Voog determines eligible, documents in a fixed written proposal, and the customer accepts. Final migration scope and price require written acceptance.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information and lawful access. Never use the public assessment to submit passwords, private keys, API keys, credentials, production database exports, or unrelated personal data.
Provider and workload changes
Hosting prices and free-tier allocations may change. Growth or newly discovered requirements can change suitability, architecture, savings, timing, or price.
Asynchronous service window
Reviews are handled asynchronously and may be completed during the next available service window, commonly on weekends. No instant response or emergency availability is promised.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
