Professional services

A project begins only after written scope, price, responsibilities, and acceptance. The customer is responsible for lawful access, accurate information, and authority to provide systems or data for review.

Ownership

Customers retain ownership and control of their accounts, domains, code, and data. Ownership of project-specific deliverables and pre-existing Voog materials must be defined in the accepted written scope.

Limitations

Hosting-provider prices, availability, and free-tier policies may change. Estimates and assessments are not guarantees of savings, uptime, fitness, or uninterrupted migration. The launch hosting service does not include 24/7 emergency support.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, submit another party’s confidential information without authority, or interfere with service operation.
