Refund Policy

Duplicate or erroneous payment

Contact billing [at] voog.tech promptly if a duplicate or clearly erroneous payment occurs. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

Before audit work begins

A request made before substantive audit work begins may be eligible for a refund. Payment-provider fees and legally required exceptions should be reviewed before final adoption of this policy.

After delivery or material work

Once the written audit has been delivered or material analysis has been performed, the audit fee is generally not refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Declined after payment

If Voog determines after payment that it cannot responsibly perform the purchased audit, Voog will offer a refund rather than recommend an unsafe service.

Migration projects

Migration cancellation, milestones, deposits, and refunds are governed by the accepted written proposal.
