Email security [at] voog.tech with the affected URL, a concise description, reproduction steps, and impact. Do not include credentials or unrelated personal information. Do not access another customer’s data or degrade production while researching.

Hosting funnel safeguards

Inputs are validated server-side, public submission routes are rate-limited, payment webhooks require provider signatures and idempotency, admin routes require authentication, and customer uploads are stored privately with randomized keys.

Operational limits

The launch hosting service does not include 24/7 emergency response, guaranteed savings, compliance certification, or suitability for every regulated, high-availability, or business-critical workload. A paid and redundant architecture may be required.

Customer security

Customers retain control of cloud accounts, domains, code, and data, and remain responsible for user access, lawful processing, credentials, application security, and accurate disclosure of workload requirements.
